Payments and Disputes

 

Users can:

• Pay an Invoice (Opens a new tab)
• View Pending Invoice Payments (Opens a new tab)
• View Processed Payments (Opens a new tab)

• Dispute an Invoice (Opens a new tab)

• Prepay (Opens a new tab)

 

 

SHORTCUT: Click "Pay Now" on the homepage to navigate directly to the "Pay Invoices" page.

 

OR

1. Hover over "Company"

2. Select "Accounts"

3. Click "Pay Invoices"

   

    

    

4. Wait for the "Pay Invoices" to display

   

 

 

SHORTCUT: For prepay customers - Click "Pre-Pay" on the homepage to go directly to the prepay page.

 

OR

1. Hover over "Company"

2. Select "Accounts"

3. Click "Pre Payment"

   

    

4. Wait for the Pre-Payment page to display
